My complaint:
My complaint is regarding a mis-delivered package.The photo from the courier clearly shows it’s at the wrong address – I’ve shown Evri a photo of my house as proof – and I have ation from the sender that they filled out my address correctly. I have paid for goods and received nothing and Evri are refusing to take any responsibility.
Suggested solution:
Either issue me a full refund for the goods inside or retrace the package and deliver it correctly.
