My complaint:
As the title says… THREE separate parcels back to back over the last 3 weeks have been misplaced by Evri…. Last week i checked the statuses of three of my parcels and ALL three said we’ve received your parcel so a week went by and the updates didn’t change so i contacted Evri via the incredibly frustrating automated system and they launched an investigation into each of the parcels only to get back to me and say ALL three are potentially lost in the system and i should let the suppliers know… Those three parcels from three separate companies had a combine value of £800 and the contents of those parcels is how i make a living. I genuinely am gutted and mind blown at how they could lose not one… NOT two… but THREE parcels consecutively. I genuinely don’t know what to do except wait for the painful experience of trying to get a refund through the companies i bought the products from.. I am completely lost at how three parcels in a row can get lost.
Suggested solution:
By letting me speak to a human at least instead of automated copy and paste responses and for their to be a level of professionalism expected by such a large company where they dont just lose three seperate parcels one after another, there is NO excuse for this and i can't help but think they're either stolen internally by employees there or the parcels are just sitting there collecting dust and being handled incredibly poorly and just looked over in the warehouse.
