My complaint:
According to the information sent to me a delivery was attempted on the 28th of February but I was at home all day at this date and I can that no one tried to deliver this to my address. (No one actually rang the bell on my door)
Since then, I’ve been promised many times, a redelivery but this never happened.
Now I reached a point where it is completely impossible to speak with an actual person and I have no idea what happened with my parcel
Suggested solution:
When I can at least speak with a person and they let me know what happened with my parcel
