My complaint:
I had to download an app to establish where my item had been delivered to , it looks like a safe location was to refuse bin ????, the last time it was a greenhouse that I don’t have ??, which from photographic evidence I established was underneath my decking ??, I’d prefer they knocked on my door or delivered it next door , there is always someone at home . Do they fear human contact your delivery drivers?
Suggested solution:
By following instructions on the app I have been forced to download to identify where said objects are being delivered . I have stated I wanted them delivered next door , simply because there is no option to say ring doorbell or knock at door , there is always someone in
