My complaint:
I returned 2 parcels to 2 difference retailers. Both parcels were picked up on the same date, from the same place – and both are still transit 16 days later, leaving me with no items and no refund from the retailers! I cannot speak to anyone at EVRI, and the chat bot and even the phone call, all assume the parcel is being delivered to me, not me returning it to the retailer. I am now over £100 out of pocket!
Suggested solution:
Return my items to the retailer so that I can get a refund!
