Ladies/Gentlemen in Evri UK !So my name is Nik. Tsonchev and I live at 27 Parry Road, London W10 4SZ, UK and for 5 days I have not been able to receive my parcel due to the carelessness and ignorance of two of your employees, a woman by name Erica and her colleague – a man about 45 years old with curly hair – white speaking Portuguese language and also and a very weak English.. So these two completely different people but working for delivery company by name Evry work in the area around Harrow Road and other .secondary streets. On Thursday evening around 9pm my parcel was delivered by one of these 2 of your employees. So these people are so illiterate and careless in their actions, because it is explicitly written for which street, name of the recipient as well as a telephone number for a contact. But none of these people care about Evri’s customers, they just deliver the shipment to an address that is not described in the order. After I found out from my email that the shipment was delivered to another wrong address i tried to search for my order and went to the address. So even i had a conversation with the people living at that address but no one said they got that parcel there. On Saturday I spoke with these employees of yours and the woman named Erica lied to me that their colleague had delivered the shipment to thе wrong address and also added that I should call her phone to tell me which address the order was delivered to please. So this woman never picked up her mobile phone for me after my several phone calls to her – maybe no less than 6/7 phone calls to her for Sunday and Monday .So tonight I saw them again on the street with these two of your employees driving different split vans by each other .And I again asked your two employees where is my parcel and where it was was delivered on that wrong address , but now they again did not give me correct information as they saying to me that their manager was on holiday and so they got away please .So 90-95% of the shipments are delivered to the garbage can and the information is not enough because not every single person reads their email immediately for the day and in this situation the potential loss or theft of shipments is more than 90%.In addition, Erika lied to me again saying that her colleague delivered the parcel to the wrong address , but today I found out that the people who work for Evri in this area are only 2 people-In addition, Erika lied to me again saying that her colleague delivered the parcel to the wrong address , but today I found out that the people who work for Evri in this area are only 2 people- your employees as they are a woman by name Erica and her colleague – a man about 45 years old with curly hair – white speaking Portuguese language and also and a very weak English. Because in this way the time is wasted and this means less money as а remuneration for your employees. So if I don’t contact your manager directly , because I don’t want various oligophrenics like Mr. Dawn at Evri’s executive office team, because that man, apart from his worn-out excuses that he was very sorry for the lost parcel and he could not make a call directly to his employees as I mentioned about them and ask the one of them on which wrong address my parcel is was delivered. Also, that man named Dawn-like Down’s disease /Down syndrome is a genetic disorder and this additional genetic load accounts for the developmental changes and physical characteristics typical of Down syndrome/.And he is begins to convince me that the delivery is was lost and I should request to refund of my money from the merchant who sent the order and also he would assist me with the necessary information for the delivery please. So that man by name Mr. Dawn who his brain is bursting and he is a great expert at Evri executive office team and also he is doesn’t know that shipments outside the UK and refunds to customers take longer than usual in the UK. And the time takes about 20-25 days. In addition, my parcel is somewhere in the neighborhood, but due to the ignorance and lack of knowledge of the English language of some of your employees such as deliverers or the laziness of your managers to search for lost parcels leads to these consequences please. So I need the shipment now , because in a week I’m going to Europe and that’s why I made the orders to UK 1 week earlier. So I want to talk to one of the main managers in Evri so that such delivery employees as the Brazilians who do not care about anything and these people should be punished , because they do not deliver parcels and they just leave the parcels of customers unattended after do not have access to the recipients -/they leave the parcels behind the trash can /.It’s just that 90-95% of deliveries are left unattended and many people from the UK are under the theft or disappearance of their parcels..So if my parcel is not be delivered to my address described in the shipping documents – I too would like to speak to one of the main managers here in Evry. com So firstly I will notify all merchants before the customer’s shipment is paid at some international website as they are for various clothing or other accessories for the costumers please.2 nd -I will organize the creation of a Facebook group for those of your customers who are in the same situation as me or their parcels have been stolen or lost please. Until finally a collective or group complaint to the sent to the financial ombudsman of the UK about what is happening and how the customers are lied to by your employees and how they expect many parcels from your professionalism. And 3-rd if the parcel is not found, I do not wish to have any work duties or any contacts to the delivery company by name Evri in the UK please .Best regards in advance .
