My complaint:
The parcel has been delivered to the locker but QR code or passcode was not issued therefore I am not able to collect my parcel.
This seems to be an ongoing issue with your service.
Also the AI chatbot is not able to provide the QR code bore the telephone service you offer just costs me off
At the moment I have my parcel locked in the locker with no mean to open it.
I need to collect this product immediately.
Can someone please call me back and advice

Provide QR CODE IMMEDIATELY therefore I can collect the parcel
