My complaint:
Whilst tracking the whereabouts of my parcel, I was shocked to see that the parcel had been delivered, but to the wrong address, even though the correct address, FC Bookbinder 852 Carmarthen Road, Swansea. This very sentimental book is now missing while in the care of one of your employees.
Suggested solution:
By forwarding the item to the correct address, or returning it to me, as my address is inside the blue wrapper.
