My complaint:
i sent a parcel to Xavier Isward, Flat 6,Bridge mill apartments Lond E8 4FT BUT you sent it to me instead. You sent it to 15 Tara Street. I am the sender not the reciptient. I have had to refund my buyer by £15. I cannot get it through to the robots. I am 75 and this is stressing me out. I have also tried to ring you but each time I ring they say they dont know my reference number. It has cost me money in phone calls and over an hour of my time with your damn robots. I will tel you everything on the envelope. Firstly you have put a new label over the original address it was to be sent to. I think the tracking number it TOOTNA 6463964705 – yOU HAVE put a new label and sent it to RTS – the tracking said it did not recognise the post code I sent the package too which was E8 4FT. But it is recognisable on google maps. I am sick of this as it has cost me a fortune. I use you quite often but if this carries on I will not be using you again. I have had to refund the buyer £15 and it has cost me phone calls to you. PLEASE SORT OUT.
