My complaint:
Sent a vinted parcel to a buyer, vinted ed the parcel was ready to pickup (with exact address of pickup location). vinted buyer has said the parcel hasn’t arrived, and pickup location also ed this. On the tracking updates Evri said the parcel was ready to be picked up, then 10 minutes later said there’s been a delay. On the Evri’s online help chat, it says there’s a delay in delivering the parcel. Anyone had anything similar to this? What’s going on?
