My complaint:
Parcel sent via Evri from Norwich on the 2nd September.
still not delivered. Can’t speak to anyone. Customer service helpline says shein parcel was delivered on the 12th. It’s NOT a shein parcel. I’ve sold through Vinted.
Suggested solution:
I need ation parcel is lost so I can claim compensation
