My complaint:

Parcel was tracked to there delivery depot on the 4th of may 2024 since then the tracking information has not been updated except from saying it’s missed the courier connection I have been on the help desk AI customer service and still no call or email or text explaining where my parcel has disappeared to

Suggested solution:

Call my and tell me what has happened to my parcel and if they still have it has it been stolen lost etc and if I will receive it
