My complaint:
I was delivered a large envelope with little informaiton on it, not enough for Evri computer systems to find it. The envelope was opened and loosely stuck down again and was completely empty. The contents have been removed and I have no idea what has happened to them and cannot find any way to get any sort of resolution.
Suggested solution:
Find the missing contents or reimburse me.
