My complaint:

ordered device from all express according to both aliexpress and evri they had the package
attempted to track and got this
14:40 – Tue Apr 01
We’re processing your parcel at our hub
10:01 – Sat Apr 05
Your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you

then nothing
then i got this
08:13 – Wed Apr 02
Your parcel is at the delivery depot and we’ll let you know when it’s out for delivery
12:16 – Wed Apr 02
We’re sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We’re working to get it on its way on the next working day and We’ll let you know once it’s out for delivery
17:09 – Fri Apr 04
Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address. If you have any delivery instructions you think might help, please get in touch

tried live chat its an autobott
supposed to return message … nothing
have threatened to send lawyers letter for breach of contract failure to deliver
this is third time in the last month Evri has failed to deliver one package resent out they sent it back to vendor ?
they have the delivery address they have delivered to this and other addresses in this area before
am getting sick and tired of lame excuses and if i dont get my package i will sue and will seek redress of a very large compensation as well as costs

Suggested solution:

Either deliver within the next two days
or find a lawyers letter flying to them and a claims from the small claims court
