My complaint:
I have tried every route possible to query a retun that has not been received to only be answered with messages ing the parcel has been delivered to myself, which is not the issue. The return of this parcel is. This isn’t helped as their system had an issue and whilst I have a photo of the return label I have nothing else. I am in an endless painful loop with no way of getting my issue resolved and no route to call or email directly.
Suggested solution:
Ensure my item is returned or I am refunded for my loss.
