My complaint:

Parcel was dropped off to my nearest pickup locker. After nearly an hour I still had no code to enable me to access the parcel. Unable to call a CS rep as it was after the ludicrously early closedown time of 16:00 for phone support, I Had to resort to the chat bot try and receive my pickup code. However you are unable to actually chat and have to select generic and for my case irrelevant responses. Was contacted by email the following day, while purporting to be from a real person the email was clearly a scripted and probably automatic response asking to check with a neighbour or in a safe place despite the parcel being delivered to a pickup location. Tried to call the phone CS during opening hours in response to the received E-mail as it did not reflect reality only to find I am blocked out of phone support due to an ongoing investigation with my parcel. Replied to the email from the CS Rep begging for my pickup code but no response at all.

Evri fully deserve there abysmal reputation
