My complaint:
I have a delivery, its been with EVri since 19th July. Since then no movement. No delivery attempts. No tracking updates. Nothing. Difficult even to contact anyone. So far Ive been unable to contact evri and speak to someone. Abysmal service in all departments.

Find and deliver my parcel
