My complaint:

I ordered items online and paid extra for next day delivery as I will be leaving for a week and needed the items before I go. Of COURSE Evri sent an update that they are late and that my order will be delivered the next working day. That is rubbish service as it is, but when I try to arrange delivery for another day, I am only allowed to choose for my parcel to go to a neighbour or safe place. After knowing that EVRI delivery drivers like to keep the parcels after they ‘deliver them to safe places’ I would prefer to change the actual freaking date. IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being on their site. I am shaking with anger, I hate this company so much, I have never had a good experience

Suggested solution:

Send my parcel on time or at least let me speak to a human and not a BOT
