My complaint:
I sent a parcel to my daughter
A week later I tried to track it but the Evri site said that the barcode number was not linked to the correct postcode so I couldn’t track it
I know the postcode on the parcel is correct and I have a receipt from the post office where I sent it from which also shows the correct postcode
Somehow you have changed the post code and delivered to the wrong place
