My complaint:
My packages disappeared after collection from the drop-off point (T00TLA6458326182, T00TLA6458326170). I’ve tried contacting through chat and the phone number listed on the site, each time getting a response after 24 hours. Currently, I’m on day 11, sending enquiries every other day, but it’s always the same… no chance to speak with a real person, and the system isn’t designed to help, just to accept reports and never respond. This is the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. Now, if I order something from an online store and see that it’s shipped with Evri, I immediately cancel the order. I want nothing to do with them and refuse to support these thieves who are notoriously known for stealing packages, as evidenced by the online reviews about this company!
Suggested solution:
All they need to do is get in touch and explain what happened, but this company brazenly steals packages and deliberately does not respond to any inquiries from cheated customers.
