My complaint:

I was visiting Scotland and bought various gifts for my family. As there was no longer space in my suitcase for the gifts, I decided to mail them to my home in the US. I went to the Post Office In Glasgow on West Nile Street, boxed up my gifts, and mailed the box. The Post Office Session ID is 8-226468, the barcode is H04G0C0005637761, the Carrier Contact is 0330 808 5456. The Post Office receipt states that the Postcode/Zip Code is 41704 – this is incorrect. The correct Postcode/Zip Code is 61704. The parcel has the correct address and Zip Code.

Evri emailed me stating that I need to pay additional taxes/customs but there is no link to pay or advice on how to pay. I’m happy to pay whatever taxes/customs are needed. I very much want my parcel.

I replied to each email stating I didn’t know how to pay the taxes/customs. Evri’s website directed me to globaleco.app/track/H04G0C0005637761. The most recent date for my parcel was Nov 23, 2025, Return to Sender Due to Error at LHR, Basildon GB. The carrier listed was Cross Border Connect OSM and the Carrier Tracking is 9261290278831107521763. When I go to OSM’s website it says the parcel cannot be found.

I don'[t know what to do to get my parcel – I’m trying every avenue. I’ve contacted Evri (44 330 808 5456) and left a voice mail message on Nov 23, 2025. I’ve called almost every day since and the automated voice says they’re working on it and will get back to me.
