My complaint:

I’ve been trying to find where my parcel is that had attempted to be delivered on the 10th of may I was told it would be delivered the next working day,no delivery was made I’ve reported it on the live chat and also the automated voice call this is now the 6th time I’ve reported it and have not had no response from Evri the tracking number is H023FA0551276024 and the courier is called Muhammad Hashim I would be very grateful if someone would respond to my complaint thank you

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by making contact with me to explain where my parcel is why it wasn’t delivered and when will I receive my parcel
