My complaint:
I have been trying to contact Evri customer services for the last week or so, without success…
It is with reference to a package Tracking code H03TJA0036046968.
I tried the Chat option and just got a message saying it was delayed… image… Trying the phone number 0330 8085456. just results in an automated voice system which is worse than useless…. and just responds that my reference number is not valid…
Checking Evri tracking website states the following :
We’re Expecting it.
We’ve got it…
15:21 – Thu Jan 02
We’re processing your parcel at our hub
On its way
01:40 – Sat Jan 04
Your parcel is at the delivery depot and we’ll let you know when it’s out for delivery.
Update on your parcel
12:10 – Sat Jan 04
We’re sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We’re working to get it on its way on the next working day and We’ll let you know once it’s out for delivery
I heard nothing more…..
I emailed Evri asking for an Update..
They replied…
We’re sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We’re working to get it on its way on the next working day and We’ll let you know once it’s out for delivery..
I’ve heard Nothing more from Evri, since..
It is now 21st February 2025……and no sign of my Package Absolutely Fed-Up!
Suggested solution:
Find and Deliver my Package... They said they have Got it so where is it ?
