My complaint:

I posted a parcel with Evri at a drop off shop using there international service last November to a customer of mine in the south of Ireland, my customer called me a week later saying he got an email from Evri wanting customs excise and tax payment before they would deliver the parcel. I tried to contact Evri but no success, I tried to make a claim but was rejected . I find it very frustrating to get no response or no sign of where my parcel went to 5 months later.

Suggested solution:

Tell me who sent the email to my customer and what did they do with my parcel
Also compensate me for the loss as I had to for my customer and for the hassle.
