My complaint:

Parcel sent out 3 weeks ago still not been delivered, obviously lost. Have tried contacting multiple times but no one has given me a call back despite multiple requests.

My parcel is obviously lost so I want my money off of evri

Suggested solution:

By refunding me the cost of the product, and cost of driving to delivery point
