My complaint:
Sent a parcel via Ebay and Evri lost the parcel. I have since had to refund my buyer and enter a claim at Evri which is now nearly 2 months ago and i STILL haven’t had any refund from them.
Suggested solution:
Refund me postage and lost item as per the claim form.
