My complaint:
I ordered a pair of replica lightsabers from a company called Theory Sabers in America. Evri`s tracking said they had it on the 5th November and to this day 13/11/24 I still have not received the consignment.
I`ve emailed twice and a lady called Claire said she would look into it (twice) as it was not delivered yesterday or today. So, I phoned up today and spoke to another lady who said that as it`s been 8 days or so and that basically it has been lost
THAT IS NEARLY £300 LOST! GONE!
EVRi are a poor company who I will NEVER trust again to deliver anything!
Suggested solution:
Give me my £300 back or find my consignment!!!!!!!!
