My complaint:
Ten days ago I ordered a pick-up. I waited three days with no communication and then finally received an email and the two boxes were picked up on the Monday. It’s now Saturday and one box has been delivered and we don’t know where the other one is. The phone service gets you as far as telling you there’s a technical error. I want this to end. Never again.
Suggested solution:
Communicate! Tell me when the box is being delivered. Give me some service.
