My complaint:
I sent an item on 12/11/2024 and it has not been delivered yet the tracking information does not provide much detail other than it’s a bit delayed.
I have been trying to contact someone about this issue and all I get is that an enquiry is open regarding this as the recipient has done this but I want to discuss the matter as the sender.
