My complaint:
I didn’t receive my parcel although the Evri app claims I have, on the day the delivery was made I was at home all day and have a Ring doorbell that showed no activity on the day in question.
The Evri app chat was a waste of time as it couldn’t answer my question and with there being no one to talk to in person the matter is still unresolved.
Suggested solution:
As requested they should contact me to resolve this failed delivery
