My complaint:
Sent a parcel in January. Tracking was ridiculous. Eg. Delivered, not delivered due to bad weather etc Emailed customer services, who just dumped me when they realised my parcel was lost. Tried calling dozens of times, no matter what reference i give they can’t help me. Tried every way possible to contact Evri but they are impossible to contact, which is quite worrying. The tracking details just say the same thing that my parcel is delayed due to bad weather. I had to refund the customer.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know where my parcel is? Or if it has been lost i would claim compensation up to £25.00 as Evri states when purchasing postage.
