My complaint:
I arranged for an Evri collection for January 16th.
I received a message to say the collection would be delayed by a couple of hours.
No-one turned up to collect the parcel.
This is now almost two weeks later and I still have the parcel.
I have sent numerous emails to myhermes@mailln.custhelp.com and requested help from the chat bot numerous times and get no response.
I’m assuming I am now out of the returns window from House of Fraser and cannot afford to lose £140 which is the value of the returns content.
I cannot believe the EVRI customer services is so awful.
Suggested solution:
Collect the parcel!
