My complaint:
I purchased an order on evri and paid extra for next day, it was shipped on a thursday around 3PM so because it wasn’t before 12 i didn’t expect next day, it’s now saturday and evri haven’t even picked it up from the inpost, i messaged them several times and they haven’t even responded once
Suggested solution:
compensation for late delivery
