Evri complaint: Evri courier tried to deliver to the wrong address, then said the delivery had failed because I wasn’t in.

My complaint:

My Local courier tried to deliver to the wrong address, then said the delivery had failed because I wasn’t in.
I can’t get in-touch with a human at Evri just a chatbot.
when I looked at the picture the courier left it was of a house a quarter of a mile away.
I don’t even live in a house but a bungalow, the house is at the top of the road, I live right at the bottom of the road next to a bridge.
The Chatbot told me my parcel would be delivered next working day (which was today) I have waited in all day but have received nothing, and the tracking says it’s back at the depot.
That’s 2 days I have waited in now just because the Evri courier is unable to find me, I’m not hard to find the Bungalow has a visible sign outside
I’ve been on the Evri chatbot who says I have to wait another 24 hours before I get an answer, despite saying the same thing over 24 hours ago.
The thing is I have received loads of deliveries from Evri here before, I can only think the local courier is someone different who doesn’t know the area.
It’s a shame that all Evri’s replies to Evri complaints are from a bot and not from a real person and all say the same thing.

Suggested solution:

I just want a reply in the 24 hours they promise being as i'm still waiting for one after 3 days
I also want my parcel delivered to me at the correct address and I would like to know when that will be?
I've waited in 2 days for it now, and still have no idea when it's coming as Evri seem to have it back at the depot and can't be bothered to send it out again.
