Evri complaint: Delivery of eBay packages to customers from the Isle of Man is not supported. There are over 85k people here.

My complaint:

I cannot get parcels to Evri for onward delivery to customers as there is no collection facility here. Evri agents do a great job locally, but I cannot contact them for help or use Evri for my deliveries. I will change need to permanently change my service provider if this cannot be resolved.

Suggested solution:

When I can print Evri labels fix them to packages and have them collected for onward delivery by Evri from Isle of Man to UK destination’s.
