My complaint:
I booked a return through Simply Be for Monday 3rd March 2025. I received ation by email of this from evri along with the label to print. I waited all day they did not arrive. I talked to the chat bot I was told I would wait 24 hrs for a reply from customer services. They replied on 5th March at 10.57am advising me they had provided delivery instructions to the courier! I wrote back to them informing them that I had informed the shopping company of what had happened.
Simply Be booked another return pick up for Monday 7th March 2025. I received no ation of this from anyone. They did NOT pick up the parcel.
I received another email from evri 7th March at 10.59am saying that they had passed this on to a colleague to look into further for you, they’ll be in touch shortly.
It is now 8th March 2025 and evri have not gotten back to me and I still have the parcel.
I have been in touch with Simply Be and they have arranged another return for Monday 10th March 2025.
Throughout all of this I explained why I relied on home delivery for almost everything. I do not want to go into that detail right now but I will if needed.
I find this situation very stressful and frustrating.
Suggested solution:
By doing what they are supposed to and look after their customers better.
