My complaint:
The delivery driver was very lucky, he decided that it was ok for him to open my front door and put the parcel inside my house! Fortunately my husband has shut our Rottweiler in the front room otherwise the driver would have had a completely different experience. These drivers should not be opening the door to my house, it’s not a porch door it’s the actual front door! One of these days they won’t be so lucky!! Very annoyed!
Suggested solution:
Discuss this with their drivers! it’s not acceptable to just open someone’s front door!
