My complaint:
Hello, I have trying to get my refund for the 14 day money back guarantee as I had to cancel my membership within that period. I initially received a reply stating that I had to go to the site – i went to the site at Surrey Quay Fitness Centre but they told me that I had to go to a different Everyone Active centre.
Since then I have tried to email Everyone Active but am not getting any response as to where I need to go to receive my refund. Ideally I just need the amount transferred back into my bank account. I would be grateful if you could help me with this.
