My complaint:

Following developing an acute attack of Trigeminal neuralgia following a private swimming lesson in Northolt pool I cancelled the lessons and discussed with the Clark serving the desk in Northolt my presenting problem and got her to cancel my membership in March 22. I had no reason to think it wasn’t done correctly and wS not told at the time that I needed to cancel my direct debit at the bank. I now realise that this direct debit continued to be taken until I bought it to the staffs attention.

The way my genuine complaint is handled is appalling. To date they blame me for not cancelling the direct debit and I got no paperwork when the Clerk cancelled.

My bank this morning g went to cancel my direct debit but *** had already done so. Why did they not do that at time of cancellation.. She has not dealt with my presenting concerns but is adamant that she or her staff are not in any way responsible. Please help.

I asked for emails of significant staff in the company and she has refused same
