My complaint:

I booked a swimming session for 12pm online. I made the 21 mile trip to petersfield and arrived 20mins early. To be told by the receptionist sorry we were expecting you we have cancelled the session. I joined the online booking scheme that morning and had to give my mobile number.
For some reason it was easier for the staff there to just let me turn up!!

The manager who was hiding in the pool area who could not face anyone himself had told his staff to tell me that I’ll get a full refund. I waited a further 5 mins for the lady who to be fair was trying her best but clearly untrained then told me that I could not get a refund yet and I’d have to wait another 20 minutes for the manager.

To which point I left. They took my number and said he would call me. Just so you know I’m still waiting for this call maybe he is still in the pool area. To do a 42 mile round trip waste my time off that I get with my kids and to be treated like this is abysmal to say the least.

Suggested solution:

Actually give me a refund I’ve paid for something I have not done.
