My complaint:

I’ve just returned from a film with my family im really unhappy about my experience. I booked to see The Meg at 17:10. I booked E1,2,3 and 4. On arrival I was told that someone else had booked E5 which meant I would be sharing with a stranger in the sofa! I was told this was an error shouldn’t have happened. The cinema was fully booked the only additional seat was the carer seat F1. I absolutely love Everyman haven’t had a bad experience yet which is why I’m a member. It’s not often we get time together as a family and this was a treat for us all. I’m really unhappy that the seat next to me on the sofa was booked out therefore I had no choice by ti move sit away from my family. We spent £50 on food drinks to share my husband had to keep getting up to pass me my share of the food ordered. Not ideal! This was definitely not the experience we had looked forward to I normally get from Everyman.

Suggested solution:

I’d like my members tickets reimbursed plus a voucher towards some food drinks so I can rebook another film again with my family to enjoy together
