My complaint:
£25 gift card ordered on 14 July 2023 and to date (25 July) not received. Have emailed Everyman and rung their Customers Services telephone number three times – rang out 45 minutes – no response.
Suggested solution:
I want my gift card sent or a full refund urgently.
