My complaint:
Attended the Throwback season for Jackie Brown – where each ticket includes a complimentary drink, and a hot dog or a pizza.
Was not offered any of this!
I wondered why everyone in there was eating and drinking!
Wrote a complaint – heard nothing it has been months
Suggested solution:
offer refund - it was a very expensive evening
