My complaint:

Dear Customer Support

We had purchased a ROBOVAC 15C Max which is supplied with a remote control etc. As we live in a ground 1 house, we wanted another one for upstairs. So when we went to purchase it, we were informed about the newer model ( without Remote and without the Roller ).

This second one works much better and now, we are saddled with the earlier one which entails a lot of hassle to clean the roller etc, of pet hair which gets entangled.

We feel that the earlier model should not have been sold to us when the new one was coming out immediately after a week.

Suggested solution:

I do not know. I am stuck with a product which is a headache. I would have liked the newer model.
