My complaint:

I am very dissatisfied with the services of this service customer. I will never recommend devices from this company to anyone again and I will not buy them myself. I am very disappointed with such behavior, I bought your product paying a lot of money and not some cheap device from Amazon because I expected that this device would function as it should and that in case of problems I could count on help. Unfortunately, this is the worst thing that happened to me in your company and customer service. My eufy video doorbell battery powered has been ringing by itself for several days and I can’t do anything about it. I contacted the service and reported the problem but after a few emails my problem has not been solved. I can’t use this device fully because it is broken. Customer service cannot repair it and even having the right to exchange it for another device I cannot exchange it because it is supposedly out of stock. So I am asking for a refund since I can’t return it and get a new device and I will never use your products again. Jolanta kudlinska
