My complaint:
After lock calibration, when the door is open, it shoots out the deadlock, when the door is closed, it retracts it and the door is unlocked. We recalibrate same thing happens, we recalibrate, same thing happens, it is a defective pile of crap. It is easier and safe to use the key.
Suggested solution:
Replace this two week old unit, fingers crossed.
