My complaint:
I took the TOEFL test on November 4, 2023. Ten days after my test, I received an email from ETS about my scores being on administrative review and this process could take 2-4 weeks.
I did everything by the book. No reason for this! Now I might loose my PhD application deadline, because I can’t send my scores. This is absurd.
Suggested solution:
Release my scores!
