My complaint:
I have had an issue during my scheduled exam on Sunday where the proctor wasn’t able to open the exam after multiple trials although all software and requirements was met.
I was then directed to the technical support and they rebooted my laptop; after which I contacted them again but they responded in a long time and said they are still seeing what they could do.
I was then requested to reschedule the exam I asked them how they didn’t give me a definite answer, finally I approached ETS online chat and I was told to reach out after four days via email.
Suggested solution:
I demand a refund as I contacted them multiple times and they made me miss my scheduled colleague admission
