My complaint:
My TOEFL home edition (July 2, 2023 at 6:50am) exam session was terminated due to technical issue about ETS online Test browser failure to log in by the ETS proctor. The proctor asked me if I want to reschedule, but I was not able to reply because she ended the session without waiting for my reply. I want to reschedule my exam without paying again the test fee.
Suggested solution:
I need to reschedule my TOEFL exam without asking me to pay for the test fee or any additional fee since it was not my fault..
