My complaint:
I was doing my TOEFL iBT test at home, when I had a question to make to my protector. I tried first to call my protector attention by calling for her and asking for help. I did everything that I could before trying the chat. And the problem begin there! I found out that the option to write something down wasn’t able. So I close the chat to try again. NOTHING! I closed the chat again, but this time the whole thing crashed down. Including the test, that I was already in LISTENING section. I downloaded the program again and NOTHING. I panicked and started thinking about what I could do to get back on track again. I got in touch via the ProtectU chat with their Support team and what was my surprise when they told me that they couldn’t do anything because my test was fulfilled. FULFILLED? I didn’t even get a chance to finish! Please help me, because the dollar is really expensive in my country, and I don’t know if I’ll have the chance to pay and do the teste again.
